PREMIOS IDA 2023

UNOS IDA AWARDS CON REPARTO DE PREMIOS EN LAS 9 CATEGORÍAS CINEMATOGRÁFICAS

Ayer se celebró la 39ª edición de los premios IDA (International documentary awards), que premian lo mejor del año en el género documental en los apartados de cine y televisión, en una ceremonia virtual que se pudo seguir en directo en la web de la asociación y en sus redes sociales.
El palmarés en los apartados cinematográficos ha sido muy repartido, ya que ningún documental se ha llevado más de un premio, a diferencia de lo sucedido en los últimos años.
"Bobi Wine: the people’s president", el largometraje británico sobre la figura del músico y activista político ugandés, ha sido elegido el mejor documental del año.
Dos largometrajes africanos seleccionados por su respectivos países para representarles en la carrera al Óscar 2024 en la categoría de película internacional han ganado premios importantes en los IDA awards, en concreto el documental marroquí "The mother of all lies" el de dirección para Asmae El Moudir, y la tunecina "Las cuatro hijas" en la de guion, el escrito por Kaouther Ben Hania.
